Help with a Federal Agency

Congresswoman Dexter’s number one priority in Congress is serving Oregonians. If you aren’t receiving the help you need from a federal agency, Congresswoman Dexter’s office may be able to assist by opening a casework request on your behalf.

To streamline your request, please be prepared to provide information such as:

  • Address and phone number
  • Copies of any related documents or correspondence you may have from the agency involved
  • Social Security number for a case involving Social Security
  • VA claim number for a case with Department of Veterans Affairs
  • Taxpayer identification number (Social Security number, if individual) for an Internal Revenue Service problem
