Mr. Abrego Garcia was wrongfully deported to El Salvador—a fact the Trump Administration has acknowledged. He is now being held in a foreign prison, despite a clear, unanimous ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court that the federal government must facilitate his return to the U.S.
